Bookings

1Can I book offers and services through the web?

Through our booking engine of our website you can only book your accommodation. If you wish to contract any other service or enjoy any offers, you must manage it with our booking team by calling (+34) 978 618 618.

2Does a child pay the same as an adult for breakfast and dinner?

Buffet breakfast rates consist of: 8 Euros for adults and 6 Euros for children. Dinner prices are: 14 Euros for adults and 10 Euros for children.

3Do you have free half-board buffer every day?

Spa Hotel Ciudad de Teruel’s free buffet is managed according to occupancy. In case you have hired half-board buffet and our restaurant might not be offering it during that specific day, you can enjoy a full menu in our Migas Restaurant.

4Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking without any cost up to 48h before your arrival date.

Accommodation

1When can I check in and check out?

Checkout is before 12:00h and checkin after 14:00h. This could be modified according to occupation and availability. There might be cases where you could have an early check in and late checkout. Please, check at reception any possible exceptions during your stay.

2Could I add an extra bed in my room?

Extra beds available at the Spa Hotel Ciudad de Teruel are installed in the rooms according to availability and type of stay. Our booking team will inform you of its availability on (+34) 978 618 618.

3Can I use the fridge of the room to store my things?

Indeed, the refrigerators of the room are free to use and you can store your drinks, snacks or medicines at your convenience.

Offers

1On what dates are the offers and packages available?

Spa Hotel Ciudad de Teruel offers and packages are available according to the season, availability and occupation of the hotel. You can check its availability with one of our booking team members on (+34) 978 618 618. Please note that these offers are usually active only during periods out of high seasons.

Spa Thermal Circuit

1What equipment do I need to access the Spa?

To access the Thermal Circuit you will need a swimsuit, a swimming cap and flip flops. If you’re staying in the hotel, we will provide you a bathrobe and a towel upon arrival. If you don’t have a swimming cap, you can buy one at reception.

2What is the minimum access age?

The minimum age of access to the Spa is 14 years old.

3Can I take videos and/or pictures?

It’s forbidden to take any videos or pictures in the Thermal Circuit. You can leave your devices as well as your personal belongings at the box office upon arrival. Please, when storing your devices, remember to activate the silence or airplane mode to maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the center.

4Does the entrance to the Thermal Circuit include massage and other services?

The entry to the Thermal Circuit only includes the use of it during a specific time. If you want to book a massage or any other relaxing beauty services, you must pay it separately. You can also purchase one of the packs that you will find on the Spa website. Keep in mind that both massages and other services require a prior appointment.

DinoSpa

1What does my child need to access DinoSpa?

To access DinoSpa your child will need a swimsuit, swimming cap and flip flops. If you are staying at the hotel, we will provide you with a towel upon arrival. If you don’t have a swimming cap you can buy one at reception.

2What is the minimum age to access DinoSpa?

There is no minimum age to enjoy DinoSpa, but children under five must be accompanied all the time by an adult.

3Can I take pictures and videos of my child at the DinoSpa?

DinoSpa is not responsible for any pictures or videos taken in its facilities. We ask you for maximum sensitivity and understanding the users who do not wish to be photographed or recorded during their stay at DinoSpa.

SpaCinema

1Are the seats numbered in the SpaCinema?

The seats are not numbered and assigned in strict order of arrival. The screening room has a limited capacity which is distributed among the seats already accommodated by the hotel staff. It is not allowed to add more seats to existing ones or move them around. In case of maximum occupancy, please wait for the next session or scheduled screening day.

2Can I bring food in the SpaCinema?

It is not allowed to access the room with food or glass bottles. In case you bring plastic beverage containers, please deposit them in the bins that you will find on your departure and leave the cinema in the same state in which you found it.

Services

1Does the hotel have a car park?

Spa Hotel Ciudad de Teruel offers a paid indoor car park for only 10 Euros a day (free for motorcycles). Around the hotel facilities you will also find numerous free outdoor parking spaces in a quiet area.

2Do I need a child seat for the minibus service?

Indeed, according to current legislation, you are responsible for bringing a certified child restraint system. Our reception staff will keep your retention system in the minibus until you return to the hotel so you can enjoy your visit to Teruel. The minibus sometimes has group 3 elevators. Please, check its availability upon arrival at reception.
